Senior Software Engineer

HCLTech is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join an innovation team focused on advancing software development through Generative AI and modern technologies
.

• Experience: 5–8 Years
• Work Model: onsite| Hybrid (alternate week WFO)

You will build prototypes and production‑ready solutions using modern frameworks, graph databases, and GenAI (LLM/RAG) concepts to improve how software is designed, built, and delivered.

• Python
• Neo4j / Cypher (Graph DB)
• Type Script, Node.js, Angular
• Java and/or .NET
• LLM / RAG experience

• COBOL or mainframe exposure

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Ability to work across multiple languages and technologies
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and data science roles.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI models, apps and solutions.

Pay Range Minimum: $108,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $168,000 per year
