Duties and responsibilities- Design and implement product features from internal and external customer requirements and clinical feedback.
- Apply standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate assignments and communicate progress and/or difficulties.
- Investigate and resolve complex runtime software issues received from varying sources in a timely manner.
- Understand requirements both from user’s perspective and technical details.
- Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Developing new and maintaining existing code and design.
- Providing input, solutions, and recommendations.
- Participate in design and code reviews and understand and enforce the importance of coding standards.
- Troubleshooting complex problems.
- Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- BS degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, or clinical field, not required.
- 5+ years of proven corporate/technical lead training experience.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e‑learning software is an asset.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Certified training certificate is a plus.
- Object Oriented Design and Implementation, using .NET Technologies
- Thorough understanding of Model View Controller (MVC) and Model‑View‑View Model (MVVM) architecture patterns
- Repository and Singleton design patterns
- Client technologies for creating Responsive Web Design.
- Entity Relationship Modeling and Principles of Relational Database
- Agile/SCRUM work practices
