Senior Software Engineer (Python, Angular & Neo4j)
Location:
Durham, North Carolina, United States (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite, mandatory)

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software development and a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Type Script, Node.js, Angular, Neo4j/Cypher, and SQL databases, with experience working in Agile environments and modern cloud-based development practices.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services.
- Build backend solutions using Python and Node.js.
- Develop frontend applications using Angular and Type Script.
- Design and optimize graph database solutions using Neo4j and Cypher.
- Work with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application performance improvements.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Python
- Type Script, Node.js, Angular
- Neo4j and Cypher
- SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- COBOL or Mainframe experience
- LLM/RAG experience
- Java
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
PayMinimum: $108,000
Maximum: $168,000

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
