Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software, DevOps
Health Cloud developer provides declarative and programmatic development tools to deliver configuration and customization requirements including, but not limited to:
Apex Triggers, Classes, LWC components along with Flows and Omni Studio suite (Datarapters, Integration Procedures, Omni cards), REST and SOAP based integrations, custom Apex coding, and third-party software integrations. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop Health Cloud software solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Flows and Omni Studio along with REST/SOAP based integrations.
- Build Salesforce Health Cloud for patient services from scratch using both standard declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Build complex screened, declarative flows in conjunction with Apex.
- Build LWC to work with screen flows and Omni-cards.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
- Champion and own technical designs and code/components for reviews.
- Configure application-related schema, security, UI and backend automation, acceptance roles and access controls.
- Integrate Health Cloud application with third-party systems/applications via APIs. Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user requirements and manuals.
- 8 years of experience designing and developing technical designs in Salesforce for large platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Health Cloud as a developer is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with Lightning Framework (LWC components) in Service Cloud/Health Cloud.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience building Omni Studio Solutions.
- Experience applying best practices in both declarative and programmatic approaches and processes, owning end-to-end technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Strong Salesforce background with PDII certification preferred.
- Experience in internal customer management, influencing peers, team effectiveness, timeline management, proactive problem-solving, and building trust and shared goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Engaging presentation style with the ability to manage multiple presentation scenarios.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is a plus.
- Experience leading CI/CD strategy end-to-end using Dev Ops tools (e.g., Flosum, Copado, Dev Ops Center/Git);
Jenkins experience is a plus. - Salesforce Health Cloud Superbadge completion or certification is a plus.
- Relevant Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
