Senior Front End Technical Lead - Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer to support the build and implementation of a Rules Engine platform. The role is responsible for designing and developing responsive, scalable, and secure web applications that support workflow management, decision visualization, operational monitoring, auditability, and user interactions within the platform ecosystem. The developer will collaborate with architects, backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade UI solutions integrated with APIs and microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular.
- Build workflow-driven user interfaces, decision review screens, dashboards, and operational views.
- Develop API-driven UI components integrated with backend services and enterprise applications.
- Implement reusable UI components, forms, validations, and workflow screens.
- Consume REST APIs and ensure seamless integration with backend microservices.
- Develop dashboards and views for decision outcomes, audit trails, and operational metrics.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability standards.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and backend teams throughout the SDLC.
- Document UI designs, component specifications, and deployment artifacts
Skill Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Angular (v12+ preferred)
- Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- REST API Integration
- Single Page Application (SPA) Development
- Responsive UI Development
- RxJS
- Git and Agile Development Methodologies
Other Requirements
- Experience building workflow-driven business applications
- Exposure to Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, SSO, SAML)
- Experience building dashboards, audit views, and operational monitoring screens
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
