About the Role:
Power Secure is seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to help build and enhance cloud-native applications that support mission-critical operations. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, developing modern Angular applications,
Type Script/Node.js backend services, and AWS-native infrastructure. You will contribute to customer-facing dashboards, operational tools, data pipelines, and scalable services used by teams across the organization.
Technology Environment
- Type Script-first development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure code
- Backend: AWS CDK-defined infrastructure, AWS Lambda, Kinesis, RDS, and Elasti Cache
- Frontend:
Modern Angular applications using standalone components, signals-based APIs, Angular Material, AG Grid/AG Charts, and Highcharts - Multiple internal and customer-facing applications, including dashboards, operations tooling, administrative interfaces, and virtual assistant experiences

AWS Lambda, Kinesis, S3, RDS (MySQL) + RDS Proxy, Elasti Cache (Redis), Cognito, IAM, Cloud Front, Code Pipeline / Code Build / Code Deploy, ECR, SSM Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, X-Ray/Cloud Watch, VPC networking
Frontend Technologies
- Angular v21+ with standalone components and modern application architecture
- Signals-based reactivity, including input(), signal-driven state, and zoneless change detection
- RxJS for asynchronous data flows and HTTP interceptors
- Angular Router with functional route guards
- Angular Material for polished, consistent user interface components
- AG Grid / AG Charts and Highcharts for dashboards and data visualization
- Angular testing using Test Bed and Http Client Testing Module
- Integration with Amazon Cognito-based authentication flows
- SCSS-based styling and component architecture following core/shared/features layering conventions
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Angular applications, including dashboards, administrative tools, and customer-facing user interfaces
- Develop backend services using Type Script/Node.js and AWS Lambda
- Write and maintain AWS CDK infrastructure code to support scalable, repeatable deployments
- Work with event-driven and data-oriented services, including Kinesis streams, RDS/Sequelize, and Elasti Cache/Redis
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Code Pipeline, Code Build, and Code Deploy for Angular and Lambda deployments
- Implement observability and troubleshooting capabilities using Cloud Watch, X-Ray, and related tooling
- Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and operations teams through Git/Git Hub workflows, pull requests, and code reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience with Angular v14+; experience with standalone components or signals-based Angular v17+ is preferred
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, IAM, S3, and event‑driven architectures
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably AWS CDK or similar tools
- Experience working with relational databases and ORMs such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma
- Practical understanding of caching concepts and tools such as Redis or Elasti Cache
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Proficient with Git/Git Hub workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews
- Experience writing automated tests for frontend and backend applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular Material, AG Grid/AG Charts, or Highcharts
- AWS certification, such as Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate
- Experience with Amazon Cognito authentication flows
- Familiarity with Docker or container‑based deployments, including ECR, Swarm, or ECS
- Exposure to VPC networking, security groups, and cloud security best practices
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
