Job Title: Senior Technical Lead / Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite for Interview & Hybrid Work)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Microservices Architecture
. The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, coding best practices, and development standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, Agile development practices, and quality engineering initiatives.

• 4+ years of experience implementing Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation, Webpack, and Shared Component Libraries
  .
• 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Batch
  .
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, and No
  
  SQL databases
  .
• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation
  .
• 3+ years of experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub systems, and Event-Driven Architecture
  .
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, UI/API integration, and cloud-based solutions
  .
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and automated testing frameworks
  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of application scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
