Job Description

Compensation: $1,125 to $1,625 per week (pay $0.45–$0.65 CPM, average of 2,500 miles/week).

Home Time (Weekly or 2 weeks out):
Drivers will typically be out 1 to 2 weeks at a time, depending on where they live and what freight they are running. While they are out, their schedule will run Monday through Saturday, and they’ll get a full 34‑hour reset every Sunday.

• Minimum 3 months driving experience Regional or O.T.R.

• No more than 4 in the past 3 years.
• No moving‑violation suspensions exceeding 3 months in the most recent 3 months, and the total suspensions/expiration cannot exceed 3 months out of the previous 15 months.

• Speeding 20+ mph over the speed limit
• Passing a school bus
• Reckless Driving
• Coasting out of gear
• Leaving the scene of an Accident
• Violating out‑of‑service order

• All accidents. Non‑preventable accidents listed by an employer or PSP will not need review unless it is a fatality.
• Any accident with a citation in the previous 5 years is subject to Safety review.
• All preventable accidents within the last 3 years and all fatality accidents are subject to Safety Review.

Needs 6 months of safe driving after a termination for safety.

• No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than two in a lifetime.
• No Domestic charges.
• Felony conviction will be reviewed by Safety Department.

No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and only 2 in a lifetime, based on Conviction Date.

• No registered sex offenders.
• Failed drug/alcohol test.
