This position is designed for operators who value a predictable schedule, consistent weekly miles, and a transparent pay structure that rewards longevity. Compensation & Earnings Structure- Weekly Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross pay.
- Mileage Rate: Up to $0.65 per mile, commensurate with verified experience.
- High-Earning Potential: Top-tier performers within this division average $1,800 weekly.
- Consistent Volume: 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week.
- Scheduled Progression: Automatic pay increases implemented every 6 monthsno negotiation required.
- Additional Pay: Comprehensive compensation for extra stops, layovers, and breakdown time.
- Orientation Bonus: $300 sign‑on/orientation bonus paid immediately upon successful completion.
Candidates holding a Class A CDL with 120+ hours from an accredited training institution are eligible for a paid professional mentorship program:
- Structured Training: 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated, one‑on‑one behind‑the‑wheel instruction prior to solo dispatch.
- Guaranteed Compensation: Stable, weekly paid compensation throughout the entire duration of the mentorship period.
- Post‑Training Advancement: Immediate transition to $0.56 CPM upon successful completion of the program.
- Experience Level: No prior over-the-road (OTR) experience required beyond formal school graduation.
- Operating Area: Dedicated regional lanes operating primarily east of the I-35 corridor.
- Dispatch Schedules: Mixed day and night dispatch windows, structured according to specific route requirements.
- Freight Profile: 100% no‑touch freight; approximately 60% drop‑and‑hook and 40% live load/unload.
- Home Time: Scheduled home time every two weeks on a pre‑planned, reliable rotation.
- Assigned Equipment: Dedicated, late‑model equipment Freightliner or Kenworth tractors). No slip‑seating the assigned truck is yours to operate consistently.
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

- Licensing & Age: Must possess a valid Class A CDL in good standing; minimum 21 years of age.
- Experience Standards: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer (TT) experience, OR a recent graduate from an accredited CDL training institution with a minimum of 120 certified hours.
- Screening Compliance: Consent to and completion of a mandatory pre‑employment drug screening, including both urine and hair follicle testing.
- Driving Record: Clean driving history with no at‑fault accidents or major moving violations within the past three (3) years.
- Background Restrictions: No DUI/DWI convictions or history within the past five (5) years.
- Employment History: Documented and verifiable work history. Unexplained employment gaps must not exceed six (6) months within the past year, or twelve (12) months cumulative across the past three (3) years.
