CDL A OTR Drivers 100% No Touch Rider and Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Types of Jobs: OTR Van

• Drivers earn $0.54‑$0.60 CPM based on experience
• Drivers average 2,300‑3,000 miles per week depending on how hard you run
• All freight is no touch and is 55% drop‑n‑hook
• Freight runs to all 48 states, but the majority is I‑35 and east
• $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus paid out as $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, and $500 at 90 days
• Full benefits including medical, 401(k), vacation, etc. start after 30 days
• Trucks are 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascades with APU and inverter
• Driver can have a rider and a pet from day one with them
• Driver can take the truck home with them during home time

• Driver must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (OTR, regional, or local, excluding training, school, or yard jockey time)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last two years; no major moving violations in the last year
• Cannot have been fired for safety reasons in the last 6 months or from the last job for safety reasons
• No key preventable CMV accidents in the last five years; if driver has had 6 months of safe driving in the last year and only one accident in the last five years, will review
• No more than one minor preventable accident in a CMV on a roadway in the last 2 years
• No more than three CMV accidents in a private roadway or parking lot
• No DUIs in the last ten years; if held a Class A CDL less than five years, cannot have any DUIs in the last five years
• No more than one DUI ever and can never have one in a CMV
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests ever; SAP is not accepted
