What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering parts to customers and developing strong relationships with them.

Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining inventory.

Focusing on safety during driving and deliveries.

Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.

Building long-term customer relationships.

Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).

Performing other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

Ability to bend, reach, and stand for long periods; lift up to 60 lbs.

Handle cash transactions accurately and manage returns properly.

Keep records of deliveries and pickups.

Inspect and maintain company assets, including vehicles and merchandise.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to navigate using maps and directions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid Driver’s License.
