Shift: Monday
- Friday possible Saturdays, 5am start time

Job Summary: Safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on swing routes in residential, commercial, and construction environments.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, federal requirements.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using standard DVIR and note issues for corrective review.
• Report unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.
• Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required.
• Work with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.
• Assist other company drivers as directed and perform all duties as scheduled.
• Notify Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Notify Dispatch or Route Manager of issues such as blocked containers and potential missed pick‑ups.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Dump all containers and leave the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
• Submit customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
• Position containers properly on the customer’s property to protect lids, driveways, and traffic.
• Follow route assignments, complete all documentation, and check in at the end of the route.

• 2 years operating a CDL‑Class B commercial vehicle or equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• CDL‑Class B license upon hire.

• High School diploma or GED (accredited).

• Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, talking, hearing.
