Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking and safety-conscious individual to support our onsite operations as a Utility Worker. The role involves ensuring fleet compliance with standards and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities- Acts as front-line point of contact to ensure delivery of quality customer service.
- Safely operates buses through light to heavy city and freeway traffic, transporting passengers safely and courteously according to schedules.
- Answers incoming calls from riders requesting trips and schedules pickups/drop-offs based on availability.
- Enters trip details into scheduling software; modifies or cancels reservations as requested; assists riders with queries.
- Performs maintenance-related tasks: diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance as required.
- High School diploma or GED; preferred prior dispatch experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver License with passenger endorsements.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
