Class A Tanker Driver Night - Wilmington , NC

Position Overview

Class A Tanker Driver – responsible for loading and unloading tanker trucks with products such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol, or other petroleum-based fuels. Drivers must follow company procedures, transport products safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities include recording gauge and meter readings before and after each delivery, using onboard electronic logging devices to track movement and DOT hours of service, and performing proper pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

• 4:30 PM start time with Friday & Saturday off (Night Position).

• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and TWIC (or willingness to obtain TWIC).
• Minimum 18 months of recent fuel hauling experience.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Class A driving experience.
• Clean driving record – no rollovers, no DUI/DWI, no reckless driving.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre‑hire DOT drug screen.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Able to handle hoses and fittings up to 75 lbs.
• Positive attitude, team player, and reliable.
• Willing to follow FMCSA guidelines and the cell‑phone/Bluetooth policy while driving. Zero tolerance while loading and unloading.
• Minimum 23 years old.
