Position Overview

CDL A Delivery Driver.

Location:

2202 East Geer St, Durham NC.

Schedule:

Tuesday‑Saturday. Shift start 2‑4am until route is finished. Day shifts and local routes mean you’ll be home every day.

• Build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs and use a ramp and two‑wheeler throughout shift.
• Drive safely, unloading and delivering within time constraints.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License.
• Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds and lift up to 100 lbs throughout shift.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with electronic consent.

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,100.
• Daily base pay plus component pay for each mile driven, stop made, and case delivered.
