We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Tow Truck operator to join our team. In this role, you will respond to roadside assistance calls, tow disabled, illegally parked, or damaged vehicles.

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
• Secure vehicles properly using chains, straps, and wheel lifts to prevent damage.
• Perform basic roadside services such as jump‑starts, tire changes, lockout, and fuel delivery.
• Communicate required paperwork, logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Inspect tow truck daily and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Valid driver's License (CDL may be preferred depending on vehicle type).
• Clean driving record.
• Previous towing, trucking or roadside assistance experience preferred but not always required.
• Ability to operate towing equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle.
• Experience with flatbed or wheel‑lift tow trucks.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require responding to emergency situations on busy roadways. Safety awareness and professionalism are essential at all times.
