Local CDL A Driver with Hazmat Endorsement

Our client is seeking a qualified CDL A driver with a Hazmat endorsement for local operations in Kernersville, North Carolina. This full-time opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the potential for permanent placement.

• Pay: $25 per hour, plus overtime
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday through Saturday
• Start time:
  Between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment type:
  
  Temp-to-perm

• Route type:
  Local routes with home-daily service
• Freight:
  Hazmat-related transportation
• Equipment: CDL A equipment
• Handling:
  No-touch freight with all drop-and-hook operations

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Hazmat endorsement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
