Warehouse Coordinator Grade 1 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Almac Group is currently seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following shipment types: US/Canada/Puerto Rico. Hours are 4pm-12:30am.

• Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
• Pack customer orders based on customer‑specific protocols and distribution instructions.
• Generate UPS and Fed Ex shipper address labels.
• Pick Distribution Orders.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Preferred experience:
  
  Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry;
  Shipping experience; ERP system(s).
