Overview
AtNewrest, a global leader in in-flight and retail catering, we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Clerk to join our Raleigh‑Durham (RDU) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving product in the warehouse to its appropriate location. You’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production teams, and ensuring all materials are properly stored and ready for use in a dynamic, team‑driven environment.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Move product around from the dock area to the appropriate storage areas
- Follow proper storage procedures to maintain product integrity and compliance standards
- Report hazards, safety concerns, or unsafe conditions to the Receiving Lead or Commissary Manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving, storage, and dock area
- Support inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent, regular, and punctual attendance
- Maintain cleanliness of shipping areas, loading docks, and trash areas
- Complete daily quality control logs accurately and on time
- Track and document spoiled or damaged inventory using loss logs
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper stock levels and material availability
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and inspected per procedures
- Adhere to all shipping, receiving, and regulatory compliance procedures
- Assist in other operational areas as needed to support business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
