Warehouse -Durham

Responsibilities

• Perform load‑in/load‑out activities, material handling, inventory, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures and adhere to Load In / Load Out policies.
• Pull, assemble, and check customer orders for accuracy; conduct inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), and move, store, and replenish material.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties: unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process returns, and notify management of any damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the facility by sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors; store items orderly and report wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong mathematics skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours to perform job‑related tasks.
• Safety‑sensitive position; must comply with all safety procedures.
• Local travel, less than 25% of the job.
• Physical requirements:
  
  prolonged standing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds, good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity.
