Fulfillment Team Lead
Summary:
The Fulfillment Team Lead is a senior-level non-supervisory role responsible for providing daily guidance, mentorship, and operational support within the Fulfillment department. This position helps ensure products and materials are received, processed, and shipped accurately while supporting safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery objectives. The Fulfillment Team Lead serves as a key resource for team members and supports management in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
You Will Do
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to fulfillment team members
- Serve as a primary resource during onboarding and training activities
- Support shipping, receiving, and material movement activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor workflow and communicate operational concerns, delays, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with supervisors to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, attendance tracking, and department administration
- Promote compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental success
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior experience as a lead or mentor within a production or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience working within ISO or quality-driven environments preferred
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain forklift certification requiredli>
- Experience safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills
