This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing items for shipment, processing incoming stock, and restocking packing supplies.
Responsibilities- Picks product, packages shipments according to product specific protocols, and prepares shipping labels.
- Processes incoming stock and verifies quantities received against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Restocks packing supplies and maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Makes deliveries on an as needed basis.
- Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- At least 3 months of related experience.
- Ability to work independently, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
