Job SummaryThe Warehouse Picker is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished goods by adhering to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities- Handle order fulfillment, part locating, and inventory management.
- Order Picking:
Retrieve specific parts and products from designated warehouse racks based on pick tickets or automated system orders. - Operating Equipment:
Safely use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers/order pickers, and forklifts. - Scanning & Tracking:
Utilize barcode readers and RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to update inventory management systems and track part locations. - Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct quantity and product number are being shipped.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions with training.
