Yard Associate II

Our client, a leader in the landscape supply industry, is seeking a Yard Associate to join their team. As a Yard Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Location:

Durham, NC Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate heavy equipment such as a loader to move and load products for customers.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and landscape supply yard.
• Ensure all materials are properly identified, packaged, and labeled.
• Assist customers with loading products and answering any questions they may have.
• Complete necessary documentation at the end of each shift.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors 100% of shift
• Proficiency in English; bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
• Forklift or loader experience preferred
• Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Ability to lift 25 - 75 lbs. routinely without assistance as physically demanding job.
