Open Positions Material Handler – Durham, NC $19.00 – $20.43/hour
Pick, pack, label, and palletize products
Use pallet jacks and support warehouse operations
Reach Truck Operator – Durham, NC $22.00 – $23.65/hour Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
Load/unload and move materials safely
Forklift Driver – Morrisville, NC $20.00 – $21.50/hour Operate forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse
Support shipping and inventory flow Fulfillment Clerk – Morrisville, NC $19.00 – $20.43/hour Shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation
Use UPS, Fed Ex, and warehouse systemsSchedule
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in days off)
Full-time, on-site roles
Requirements
High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Forklift Driver & Reach Truck Operator roles only:
At least 1 year of recent reach truck and forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and palletize orders
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks (role dependent)
Load and unload trucks
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
Track inventory and ensure order accuracy
Meet daily production and quality goals
