 The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
 Hours for this position are: 8:00am - 4:30pm (or working until the work is complete) Monday - Friday. Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
 What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

 Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.

 Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers
 What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health
 Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.
 Responsibilities:
 Will coordinate all facets of QIC Functionality, this will include:
 Completes of SOX Reporting requirements
 Participates in QA Events
 Reporting and resolution of Inbound and Outbound Discrepancy
 Processing of customer returns
 Provides error resolution
 Conducts Cycle Count Compliance
 Maintains Warehouse Area (Out of Area, Out of Zone, 123 Report, Multi-SKU, etc.)
 Assists with Profiling and Service Issues

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
 4+ years experience preferred
 Proficient in Microsoft office
 Good written communication skills
 Must be willing to travel as needed

 Demonstrates expert understanding of all levels of the job family and has thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility

 Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
 Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issue
 Makes recommendation for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementation
 Adheres to all quality guidelines
 Works with minimal degree of supervision. Has latitude to make decisions in exceptional circumstances within established guidelines
 Provides guidance to less experienced team members

May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise
