CSI is hiring for a Warehouse Associate at our Durham, North Carolina location.

The successful candidate must be able to plan and execute his/her daily work requirements with little supervision and thrive as an individual and team contributor. This job requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and utilizes database software that is heavily relied upon to perform the tasks of this position.

• Pull inventory, pack, and ship orders
• Schedule and pack truck shipments
• Check orders to ensure accuracy

• Batch print sales orders
• Receive and post purchase orders
• Store inventory in correct location

• Sweep floors and empty trash
• Break down cardboard boxes
• Wipe down shelves and straighten inventory shelves

• Investigate inventory discrepancies before adjustments are processed
• Perform cycle counts
• Index documentation using computer

• Good communication skills and have attention to detail to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• Forklift certification required (Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a current certification.)
• Clean driving record
