Stand Up Forklift Driver-1st And 2nd Shift

Looking for experienced forklift drivers for 1st and 2nd shift. Minimum 2 year recent experience 19 an hour performance to hire.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers according to company procedures. Move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive incoming products and put away inventory in designated locations. Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

Ensure accuracy of inventory and shipment documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required. Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment preferred. Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable working at heights when operating elevated equipment, if required.
