We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading team delivering projects for Northumbrian Water across the Hartlepool region. This is a permanent opportunity offering long‑term stability and the chance to work on essential water industry infrastructure.

• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on Northumbrian Water sites
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards
• Oversee site teams, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance
• Coordinate permits, RAMS, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery

• Gold JIB/ECS Card (mandatory)
• SSSTS certification (mandatory)
• Previous experience supervising electrical works in the water, utilities, or heavy industrial sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and work to deadlines
• Knowledge of electrical regulations, site safety, and permit‑controlled environments
