We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Technician to join a large, long-term industrial facilities site in Newton Aycliffe. This is a critical, site-based role where you'll keep essential electrical systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

* Electrical maintenance, fault finding & repairs

* Reactive breakdown response & planned maintenance

* Testing, inspections & compliance checks

* Supporting HVAC and critical site equipment

* Working closely with an experienced on-site team

⚙️ What you'll need:

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Strong electrical maintenance experience

* Solid health & safety mindset

⭐ Nice to have:

* BMS or HVAC experience

* Testing & inspection knowledge

* AP / L8 / H&S qualifications
