• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level with teammates; ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters; clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player mindset
• Attention to detail, responsible, and able to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods on hard surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing manual tasks including bending and squatting
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
