MASTER DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN

TDC Automotive | Duvall, WA

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends

TDC Automotive is a growing, technician-owned and operated independent repair shop in Duvall, Washington. We're looking for one exceptional technician with extensive diagnostic experience to help us continue building one of the area's most respected independent repair shops.

What You'll Do

As our Master Diagnostic Technician, you'll diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and Asian vehicles (2000 and newer). This position is focused on diagnostics, problem solving, and quality repairs—not simply replacing parts.

  • Advanced drivability diagnostics
  • Electrical system diagnostics
  • Intermittent concern diagnosis
  • Engine performance and emissions diagnostics
  • Mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Accurately documenting diagnostic findings
  • Working closely with Service Advisors to communicate repair recommendations
  • Helping maintain the high standards our customers expect
What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Extensive diagnostic experience required
  • Strong electrical, drivability, and engine performance diagnostic skills
  • Ability to accurately diagnose before replacing parts
  • Experience using modern diagnostic equipment and service information
  • Professional communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Your own professional tools
  • ASE certifications are a plus
