CDL‑A Flatbed Truck Driver – Flatbed OTR / Division 200 (Spokane, WA)

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and Over‑The‑Road (OTR) routes. The role involves transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Transport cargo on flatbed trailers along regional and OTR routes, adhering to safety regulations and company standards. Complete required reporting and documentation, maintain truck cleanliness, and follow specified home‑time schedule.

3 weeks out, then 3 days off; varies by division.

• Weekly pay: $1,094 – $2,103.53 (full‑time)
• Annual pay: $56,880 – $ (full‑time)
• Flatbed OTR rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile
• Accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Background check
• Clean drug test
• Clean Clearinghouse result
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice
