Junior Interior Designer

We’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our team and support our high-end residential work across new builds, renovations, and furnishing projects. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward studio with a strong emphasis on wellness, natural materials, and thoughtful interiors.

• Produce AutoCAD floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Draft construction document sets and specification packages (fixtures, finishes, hardware).
• Build client-ready presentations that clearly communicate design intent and materials.
• Source materials and vendors; request quotes and samples, and track lead times and memos.
• Prepare FF&E specifications in Studio Designer, including finishes, COMs, pricing, and purchase details.
• Create and maintain finish schedules (tile, stone, plumbing, lighting, hardware).
• Coordinate with fabricators and trades for shop drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Support site work: field measurements, progress photos, and punch list assistance.
• Maintain the studio’s material libraries (stone, textiles, wallcovering, hardware) and overall sample organization.

• 3–5 years of experience at a high-end residential interior design firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting skills.
• Working knowledge of Studio Designer.
• Demonstrated experience preparing construction documents for residential projects.
• Confident in sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong presentation skills and an eye for refined, timeless design.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to attend local site visits as needed.
