Head Boys Cross Country Coach
Duxbury High School is seeking a Head Boys Cross Country Coach to lead and oversee all aspects of the boys cross country program. The Head Coach is responsible for fostering a positive, competitive, and educational athletic experience that supports the development of student-athletes both on and off the course. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, preparing athletes for competition, supervising assistant coaches, communicating effectively with players and families, and promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and commitment to team culture.
The fall season begins on August 24 and concludes after the team's final meet on or near November 1, depending on postseason commitments.
