The role involves supporting children in an early‑childhood special‑education setting, assisting with instructional activities, collaborating with teachers, and providing social‑emotional support.

• Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with children in an early‑childhood special‑education setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and demonstrate flexibility to meet student needs.
• Management skills that support students' social‑emotional learning.
• Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
