Title: Controller

Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP
• Manage general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and COGS reporting
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory controls, margin reporting, and data integrity
• Serve as the lead Controller for Microsoft Dynamics, driving reporting improvements, automation, and process efficiencies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and business performance reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or controllership experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and product-based businesses preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Business Central strongly preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
