- Must possess valid unencumbered RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing strongly preferred
- Oversee clinical operations of the long‑term unit
- Provide supervision and support to nursing staff
- Coordinate with Physicians and Interdisciplinary Team to ensure high-quality resident care
- Develop, execute, and monitor care plans for residents
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in on‑call rotation
