- Must possess valid unencumbered, RN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
- Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
- Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and well‑being.
- Maintain safety of residents.
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
