, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for residents, visitors, and staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them appropriately.
  • Notify staff of visitor arrivals and maintain communication.
  • Manage the telecommunications system and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee and department directories.
  • Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
  • Document and communicate important actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to support workplace continuity.
  • Contribute to the team by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong interpersonal skills—especially when handling sensitive information with residents and families.
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Independent decision-making abilities regarding job responsibilities.
  • Professionalism and tact when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of facility policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
Schedule Requirements
  • Part-time day/evening shifts available
  • Rotating holiday schedule
  • Weekend availability required
