OPEN INTERVIEWS:
Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for residents, visitors, and staff.

- Hands-on experience in acute care to develop and refine critical skills
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them appropriately.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and maintain communication.
- Manage the telecommunications system and handle inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee and department directories.
- Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
- Document and communicate important actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to support workplace continuity.
- Contribute to the team by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills—especially when handling sensitive information with residents and families.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Independent decision-making abilities regarding job responsibilities.
- Professionalism and tact when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of facility policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Part-time day/evening shifts available
- Rotating holiday schedule
- Weekend availability required
