QMA, Qualified Medication Aide Assisted Living

Sheffield Manor Assisted Living, located in Dyer, Indiana currently has openings for experienced:

Qualified Medication Aides QMA's for Full time Evening/ Night Hours and Part time on all 3 shifts

• Assist residents with preparing and administering medications ordered by the physician.
• Observe residents functioning, maintain written records of observations, and report any changes.
• Provide personal care services of residents and assistance in all activities of daily living as needed.
• Answer medical alert calls in a prompt and polite manner.

• Indiana QMA certification
• Familiar with all responsibilities of the QMA role
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Will work in collaboration with the nursing team.
