Visionary Leader

• Serve as the primary carrier of vision for Faith Church.
• Reignite a sense of purpose, urgency, and forward momentum.
• Translate vision into clear priorities, strategies, and actions.
• Lead the ongoing development and alignment of the multi‑site strategy.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, faith‑filled risk, and outward focus.
• Begin planning for future leadership development and succession from day one.

• Serve as a primary voice in preaching and teaching, and lead and develop a teaching team.
• Communicate biblical truth with clarity, accessibility, and relevance.
• Balance topical and expository preaching, with a continued movement toward exegetical depth.
• Regularly present the Gospel in ways that challenge believers and invite seekers.
• Address cultural and theological issues with courage, humility, and pastoral wisdom.

(Preaching frequency will be shared across campuses and leaders; this role is not defined primarily by weekly preaching load.)

• Set and model a healthy shepherding culture across the church.
• Ensure people are cared for through strong teams and systems—not personal heroics.
• Lead with emotional intelligence, empathy, and spiritual maturity.
• Be present, known, and trusted by staff, leaders, and congregation.

• Serve as the leader among leaders for Faith Church.
• Provide clarity, accountability, unity and alignment across campuses.
• Establish and strengthen systems that support staff health, development, and effectiveness.
• Lead staff with clear expectations, feedback, and follow‑through.
• Partner with staff leaders responsible for operations, care, and administration.
• Engage with key donors and stakeholders relationally, not transactionally.
