Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines, utilizing various tools provided in the work area to perform welding tasks;
Inspect own work for quality, using weld and attribute gauges and other measuring tools;
Repair defective welds in-station using the carbon air arc process, grinders, and other tools;
Clear common faults in robotic welding systems;
Conduct routine maintenance, such as wire changes and tip/nozzle replacements
