Operations

Pressure Check & Repair Specialist is responsible for identifying and repairing issues with machined and welded parts.

• Test, inspect and diagnose malfunctions in post‑build products
• Perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including welding repairs
• Execute straightening operations to ensure product conformity
• Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with team members on assignments that require more than one person

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in welding and straightening operations
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Blueprint reading experience
• Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross‑training
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.

$24.60 - $32.00
