**** An Assembler is responsible for assembly and disassembly, testing and packaging of product.
**** Responsibilities:
*** Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
* Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun
* Steam clean pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips
* Dip parts into rust remover
* Oil parts prior to packaging
* Final inspection of parts
* Band work pieces and prepare for shipping
** Requirements:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* 3 or more years of experience in assembly
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods
* Ability to perform repetitive operations
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
** Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
*** Blueprint reading experience
* Caliper and other measuring tool reading
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
* Effective communications skills
*** Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.

** Summary Pay Range:**$22.05 - $28.65
