Provide fabrication support activities including loading robots and ensuring cleanliness of area;
Use hand and power tools to remove burrs and slag from machined parts;
Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy;
Provide support to operators;
Remove sharp edges/weld spatter from the entire part with hand tools and pneumatic grinders/buffers;
Perform final quality inspection of parts prior to painting processes;
Prepare part for transport to other departments;
Daily inspection of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
