Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines according to work instructions and process prints;
Inspect own work for quality using weld gauges and measuring tools;
Repair defective welds in-station using the carbon air arc process and grinders;
Move heavy components using lifting devices and position heavy fabricated metal parts in weld fixtures;
Follow documented procedures, standard work instructions, routings, and blueprints to ensure safe and defect-free operations
