The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. You will utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, Federal and corporate guidelines.

The Nurse Supervisor coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee care management for an assigned population within an area, unit, or clinical function.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Coordinate resource utilization and ensure timely and appropriate care interventions.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• Promote and facilitate teamwork.
• Must have a valid RN or LPN license.
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethics.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing care facilities.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Able to make independent decisions.
