Inv Analyst - Mftg

• Analyzes customer requirements from BCD group and develops production schedules to meet demands
• Analyzes supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Reviews daily production completion and determines status to meet customer demands
• Reviews, analyzes, and determines inventory levels needed to meet production (includes safety stock), plans and controls inventory levels to ensure demands can be met
• Maintains and updates manufacturing and MRP systems, expedites material as needed, for assigned product line
• Reviews and communicates production activities and statuses to appropriate departments to ensure schedules are attained
• Publishes monthly indicators of plan and backlog performance

Essential skills include:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), proficiency in software such as T4M and WMS, strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
