As an Inventory Specialist, you will work in a dynamic storage and staging yard where your technical and mechanical skills will be utilized to test and evaluate liquid-filled transformers. This role is not an assembly-line factory job; it’s a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you will be part of a team of inventory specialists dedicated to quality work.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating electrical test equipment and power tools to test, evaluate, disassemble, and troubleshoot transformers.
• Documenting test results, mechanical conditions, dimensions, and accessories for each transformer.
• Using forklifts and cranes to organize and manage inventory, including loading and unloading transformers.

This position requires you to spend most of your time on your feet and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions, and is ideal for someone who desires a stable career in a positive environment.

• Enjoys working with your hands and solving problems.
• Strives to understand the underlying issues when troubleshooting.
• Is comfortable with online documentation and web-based software systems.
• Communicates effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Is a quick learner and eager to grow rather than presume to know it all.

• This role requires a work schedule of 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Physical requirements include being on your feet for 90% or more of the time, working outdoors, and using basic hand tools.

The starting pay package is $56k‑$72k, including wages and bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package that averages an additional $20k/year per employee.
